IMPORTANT INFORMATION :

PASSPORTS :

Please ensure that the name you give your travel agent and therefore the name that will appear on your air tickets and documentation, is identical to the name in your passport. Your passports must be valid for at least 6 months longer from travel date.

IMPORTANT DATES :

August 31st 2007

All requests need to be confirmed by August 31st 2007. You will receive a written confirmation from Value Vacation and then a 30% deposit on your booking will be required (land arrangements). Please note, the land portion and the air portion of your booking/itinerary will be priced separately.

November 30th 2007

Remainder of monies due. You will be sent an invoice showing what deposit has been paid and what remaining monies are due. Once we receive your remaining monies, we will start processing your documentation.

PAYMENT METHODS :

We accept payment via check or credit card. If you wish to pay us via check we can offer you a cash check discount. If you choose to pay via credit card, your booking is subject to a merchant surcharge fee of 3.5% for Visa / Mastercard and 4% for Amex.

AIR TICKETS :

We highly recommend that you purchase your air tickets as soon as you are ready to commit to your chosen / specific dates. All air tickets are to be paid immediately (at the time of booking) and are subject to availability and price fluctuation. Once air tickets have been purchased and issued, these are final and cannot be amended or cancelled without penalties.

FLIGHT CHECK-IN :

Please ensure you check in for your international flights at least 2 1/2 hours prior to departure and that you double check for schedule changes direct with the airlines 24 hours prior to departure. Also make sure you’re aware of the latest security restrictions for carry on luggage etc and you can find updates at http://www.tsa.gov/

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS :

Please note, some activities offered on the core / group itinerary are on a “fist come, first served” basis. These include the Day at the Spa for the ladies on February 25th , golf at Kleine Zalze on February 25th and the Dolphin Trail on the Garden Route (March 3rd & 4th or 4th & 5th).
